I’m cooking up a Father’s Day dinner listening to Privateering<\/strong><\/em><\/a>, Mark Knopfler’s latest CD.\u00a0 Bob and I heard Knopfler perform this in Dublin, Ireland, on his 2011 tour.\u00a0\u00a0 Yeah, we’re Knopfler groupies.\u00a0 Damn, this is gonna be a great father’s day dinner.\u00a0 It always is, when I cook to Mark Knopfler.\u00a0\u00a0 Don’t mind my singing along.\u00a0 \u00a0(Menu: Bacon wrapped jalapeno peppers, gorgonzola burgers, Waimea\u00a0greens, Chainbreaker White IPA from Bend Oregon).\u00a0\u00a0 Here’s to fathers and privateers.\u00a0 Cheers!<\/p>\n

To really appreciate it, you have to hear it and sing along.\u00a0 With a bottle of beer in one hand and a spatula in the other.<\/p>\n
